We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date of the most recent revision shown above.

Use of Our Website
You may use our Website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Website in any way that:
- Is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- Transmits any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
- Introduces viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its related systems.
- Scrapes, harvests or otherwise extracts data from the Website without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Our Website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Vehicle Descriptions & Accuracy
All vehicles are described to the best of our knowledge and belief. Descriptions include known defects, service history status, and any relevant vehicle history. We do not knowingly publish misleading information.
However, you should be aware that:
- All vehicles are sold as used and may show normal signs of wear and age consistent with their mileage and age.
- Photographs are taken to represent the vehicle accurately but may not capture every minor cosmetic imperfection.
- We strongly encourage all customers to request a full video viewing and to carry out their own due diligence, including an independent HPI check.
- Any verbal representations made by our staff do not form part of the contract unless confirmed in writing.
If you discover a material inaccuracy in a vehicle's description prior to purchase, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and, where necessary, update the listing.
Purchasing a Vehicle
All vehicles are offered for sale subject to availability. The display of a vehicle on our Website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract of sale is formed when:
- You agree to purchase a specific vehicle and we accept your order in writing (by email or other written confirmation).
- A deposit or reservation fee has been paid and accepted by us (where applicable).
- You have signed or electronically accepted the relevant sale invoice or agreement.
We reserve the right to withdraw a vehicle from sale at any time prior to a contract being formed. If a vehicle is sold to another buyer before your contract is completed, we will refund any deposit paid in full.
Full payment is required before the vehicle is released for delivery or collection. Acceptable payment methods include bank transfer and debit card. We do not accept cash payments above the legal limit or credit card payments without prior arrangement.
Reservation & Deposits
We offer a vehicle reservation service. By paying a reservation fee, you secure a vehicle while you complete your arrangements. The reservation fee will be clearly communicated to you before payment.
Reservation fees are:
- Fully refundable if we are unable to complete the sale (e.g. the vehicle fails inspection or is found to have an undisclosed issue).
- Fully refundable if you are a Consumer and cancel within the cooling-off period as required by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- Non-refundable if you change your mind after inspecting or viewing the vehicle and decline to proceed for reasons unrelated to any fault or misrepresentation by us.
Any disputes regarding reservation fees will be handled in accordance with our complaints procedure and applicable consumer law.
Delivery & Collection
We offer nationwide delivery across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and timescales will be agreed with you prior to completing your purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the vehicle at the agreed delivery address at the agreed time. If delivery is unsuccessful due to your unavailability, you may be charged for a re-delivery.
Risk in the vehicle passes to you upon delivery or collection. You should inspect the vehicle carefully at the point of handover. Any damage or discrepancy noted at delivery must be recorded on the delivery document at the time.
If you choose to collect the vehicle from our premises, it is your responsibility to ensure you have valid insurance in place before driving the vehicle away.
Part Exchange
We welcome part exchange vehicles. Any valuation we provide for your part exchange vehicle is an estimate based on the information you provide to us. The final part exchange value will be confirmed upon physical inspection of your vehicle.
You warrant that you are the registered keeper and legal owner of any vehicle offered in part exchange, that the vehicle is free from outstanding finance, and that all information provided about the vehicle is accurate and complete.
If it is subsequently discovered that a part exchange vehicle has outstanding finance, has been mis-described, or you do not have legal title to it, we reserve the right to seek recovery of any shortfall from you.
Finance
B8 Used Car Centre is a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce customers to a panel of finance lenders. Finance is subject to status and the lender's terms and conditions.
All finance products are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We are authorised and regulated by the FCA; our FCA reference number is available on request.
Monthly payment examples shown on our Website are illustrative only. Your actual rate and repayment amount will depend on your individual circumstances, credit assessment, and the specific vehicle and term chosen.
If your finance application is declined, you are not obligated to complete the purchase and any reservation fee paid will be refunded.
Warranties & After-Sales
All vehicles are sold with the benefit of any remaining manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Details of any warranty applicable to a specific vehicle will be provided to you at the time of sale.
Where no manufacturer's warranty remains, we may offer our own warranty or recommend a third-party warranty product. Details and terms of any such warranty will be provided separately.
Our after-sales commitment means we are available to assist you with any concerns following your purchase. While we cannot guarantee the future performance of used vehicles, we will deal with any legitimate post-sale concerns fairly and in accordance with your statutory rights.
Consumer Rights
If you are a Consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms. Your rights are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides that goods must be:
- Of satisfactory quality — taking into account the age and price of the vehicle.
- Fit for purpose — suitable for use as a motor vehicle.
- As described — matching the description provided at the time of sale.
If a vehicle develops a fault within 30 days of purchase that was present at the time of sale, you have the right to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement in the first instance, with a refund available if the repair or replacement is unsuccessful.
For online or distance sales, you may have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please contact us promptly if you wish to exercise this right.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights as a Consumer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any contract shall not exceed the price paid by you for the vehicle to which the claim relates.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising out of or in connection with any contract or the use of our Website, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of B8 Used Car Centre or our content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from our Website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Privacy
Your use of our Website and the personal data you provide to us is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.
By using our Website or purchasing a vehicle from us, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that nothing in this clause shall prevent you, as a Consumer, from bringing proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are domiciled.
If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us in the first instance. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly.
